Arabian Centers Company Announces New CEO

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Arabian Centers Company (ACC), the largest owner, developer and operator of contemporary lifestyle centers in Saudi Arabia, has announced the appointment of its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Alison Rehill-Erguven, who will will join her in August 2022.

Rehill-Erguven brings over two decades of deep shopping center and real estate experience, having been based and/or managed in joint ventures, assets and teams in some of the world’s largest emerging markets in Asia, in Europe and Latin America. In addition, she has over 10 years of experience in the US market, working with leading commercial real estate companies and shopping center operators around the world, General Growth Properties and Simon Property Group.

She joins Arabian Centers from her position as Head of Commercial Real Estate at Brookfield Properties based in Shanghai, China, where she was responsible for all retail assets including shopping malls, offices and residential developments. mixed. Brookfield Properties is part of Brookfield Asset Management, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers. Brookfield acquired Pradera Retail Asia (PRA), of which Rehill-Erguven was officially CEO since 2016.

In addition, she has served as Chair of the Board of PRA China, Director of the Board of PRA Hong Kong, and National Chairperson for Turkey. His previous experience also includes that of Managing Director of Pradera Limited, a London-based private equity firm specializing in commercial property, with assets and employees in the UK, Europe and Turkey.

Rehill-Erguven brings a diverse and deep knowledge of the industry, having started her career in fashion marketing and merchandising before moving into senior roles in international marketing, partnerships, business development and asset management. .

Rehill-Erguven holds a BSc in International Business with Honors from the Fashion Institute of Technology at the State University of New York, and currently holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a focus on strategic innovation and change management from Colorado State University, graduating August 2022. She holds several board and non-executive director positions, including non-executive director of ESAS Properties, Turkey, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Council of Middle East Shopping Centers.
