'Wait, what?' the dispatcher asked in thecall obtained by WSYX News.
'I killed my dad,'Micaiah repeated nonchalantly of the brutal murder of his 59-year-old father, Joe Swindler.
'What do you mean you killed your dad?' the seemingly confused dispatcher responded.
'Like, he's dead,' Swindler responded, sounding calm and collected.
When asked why he had committed the horrific act, Swindler responded: 'God. God told me to.'
'I had orders,' he added.

Hours before the deadly slaying, Marysville police had already visited the Swindler home to respond to a dispute between Micaiah and his father.
The initial verbal conflict that prompted the first police visit was due to a disagreement over doing the dishes, according to the police report.
Emergency services received the call from Micaiah, who allegedly admitted to stabbing his father with a knife.
Neighbor Rich Digney witnessed police taking the suspect into custody and also noticed his eerily calm demeanor.
'The boy just walked out and gave himself up to him,' Digney described. 'They put him in handcuffs, put him in the car and that was it.'
Joe lived in the neighborhood for nearly two decades and worked at Honda.
'He was quiet. He took care of his yard. He didn't come over and visit or anything. We waved to him, he waved back. That's about it,' Digney added.
During a court hearing this week, prosecutors urged the judge to keep Swindler, who was charged with first-degree murder, behind bars.

They described him as dangerous and requested he be held on a high bond.
The court set Micaiah's bond at $1 million during Tuesday's hearing as he remains behind bars at the Tri-County Regional Jail in Mechanicsburg.
Micaiah is scheduled to return to Marysville Municipal Court on May 1 for his next hearing and has yet to enter a plea at this time.
